Management Services
24 Hour Emergency Service: Our management team is on call 24 hours a day and is available to respond to any situation that may arise with your condominium or tenant. Minor repairs will be addressed by our staff at no additional cost to you! Emergency repairs such as water leaks etc.. will be resolved and the owner will be billed accordingly. All other needed repairs will be brought to the owners attention. Our property managers will handle the problem while you get a good nights sleep.

Tenant Management: We will coordinate all aspects of renting your condominium, if needed, which will include advertising for potential tenants, tenant screening, credit checks, preparing all leasing documents and arranging the move in.

Time Management: Our close relationships with numerous contractors will expedite you getting quick and concise estimates on major repairs and home improvement. Like they say, “Time is Money”. We will save you time!

Account Management: We also provide the service of collecting monthly rents and disbursing funds to pay condominium fees, mortgage payments or real estate taxes.
